Our new generation of pedals, including Sending V2 and Prismatic Wall, have updateable firmware using the MIDI port. If you have a suitable USB to MIDI interface, free firmware updates are available via our online portal here. However, we know some folks don’t want to deal with MIDI.

This service requires sending your unit to our Waltham, MA shop for reprogramming. The cost is $15 plus return shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping to us. After placing an order, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to initiate the process. Once your unit is sent to us we will perform the update and ship it back within 1-2 business days. At this time we can also check the calibration and other functionality of your unit.

Please note the following terms:

• This service is non-refundable and non-reversible

• This service cannot be used to roll back to an earlier firmware version

• Some updates (such as the Sending V2 firmware V2 update) may slightly alter existing presets
